The one who can harm you is you…
Many times when we find circumstances that are not favourable, situations don’t turn out to be as expected, we don’t get what we wanted; we end up thinking the worst for ourselves
After encountering multiple failures, we end up thinking we haven’t tried enough or we are not capable etc.. the endless cycle of thoughts. Which turn out in to a wall which prevents you to see your worth.
Ultimately we change our behaviour and attitude towards it, we end up in to doing the things which can’t get us anywhere except getting in to that negative thought cycle more deeply.
The only thing you can do at that time is waiting patiently and working more vigorously with more enthusiasm, more positive attitude, with abundance of hope and fistful of trust on you.
Every time we have two choices one is to harm ourselves by our own thoughts or save ourselves and rise from that cycle of thoughts.
